Welcome to the San Jose PAL Football and Cheerleading Conference. The San Jose Police Department and your community youth football organization have teamed up to offer your child the best possible youth tackle and cheerleading programs. These programs are unique in their method of organization and administration, in the goals and objectives they seek with its youth, and their emphasis on fair play and playing by the rules. San Jose PAL staff and community volunteers work together to inspire all youth to practice good sportsmanship, teamwork and scholarship in addition to teaching them the fundamentals of tackle football and cheerleading.
Youth football and cheerleading offer an ideal medium through which to teach responsibility, self discipline and respect for others and the law. Our ultimate goal is to develop our youth into responsible and mature citizens of tomorrow.
The San Jose PAL Football Conference is a fall tackle football program for children between the ages 8 and 14, weighing 50 - 145 lbs.
