IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
All Applicants will be Required to provide Signed Registration related Forms, which are provided at the end of the registration process, within 7 calendar days of online registration, and MUST provide Proof of Applicant Age (Birth Certificate, Photo ID).
All Minors (under Age 18) will Require Parental Consent Signatures.
Only Adults, at least 18 years of age, are allowed to complete Online Registrations.
For the Registration forms, You will Require the following Insurance Information:
Your Health/Group Medical Insurance Carrier Name & Plan #, or your MEDI-CAL #.
You must also have a valid Email Address (see the Warning below)
For those programs requiring a FEE, Online Registration Only Supports PAYMENT by Credit Card Only, (and by Check or by Cash, but Only if done in person at the PAL Office, Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM).

PROGRAM Notes:
The PAL BOXING program registration Requires you to select a Gym!.  For the Current Gyms (and any registration constraints on each Gym) see the Boxing Program page.
The PAL PONY BASEBALL program registration allows you to enter a preferred Team and indicate if you are a Freeze Player. The PAL PONY BASEBALL program has boundary restrictions for tournament play only. Only the following Zip Codes are eligible for Tournament play (post season games): 95035, 95112, 95113, 95116, 95122, 95126, 95127, 95128, 95131, 95133, 95134, 95136, 95148.
The PAL SOCCER program registration allows you to select a League (District) to play in, or register for "Any League" and you will be assigned to the one in your neighborhood that is available. All Players will be required to submit a 1"x1-1/2" facial photo for a Player Card. All Applicants for PAL SOCCER Must Select a Parent Participation Option.
