Metro PAL Youth Soccer League (MPYSL) is a fall soccer program for ages 4 through 17 (Boys) and 18 (Girls) as of the League Age Cut-off date. MPYSL is considered recreational, so there are no tryouts to cut players - all who sign-up will play.
Sign-ups are from April through October, or until teams have filled.
Online registration begins April 1, 2008 (each district has different sign-up start/end dates and fees, for details see Registration page). Play is from early September through December. Practices may start a month earlier.
 The following districts are included in the program:
* Registration in the East Valley district automatically includes registration in the East valley Soccer in Scouting program.
All Districts require certification of birth date, and a small photo of the player (1"x1-1/2" facial photo) for a player ID card.
Player's Parent MUST CHOOSE A REQUIRED AREA OF PARTICIPATION AS:

- Referee Experienced
- Referee Not Experienced
- Team Parent
- Coordinator
- Board Volunteers
- Metro Staff
Fees usually include photos, uniform and any awards won, however each district may impose rules and procedures.
