BACKGROUND: The San Jose PAL Stadium Sports Complex offers to a variety of businesses and organizations an advertising program as part of its fundraising effort. Signs displaying a logo of the business or organization will be painted on the outfield fences of the playing fields for an advertising fee.
PROVISIONS: The signs will be approximately 8 feet by 20 feet in color and painted by a contractor supplied by PAL. No signs will be painted advocating tobacco, alcohol, pornographic, religious or political product/organization. Further, no signs will represent any organization/firms whose activities or products are detrimental to the welfare of youth. The San Jose PAL Board of Directors will make final determination on appropriate signage sponsors.
