PAL Tae Kwon Do classes are held year round at the San Jose PAL Sports Complex for girls and boys ages 6 through 19 years. PAL provides hand pads, head protectors, and chest protectors. This equipment is kept at the location. Competitions are on an individual basis, only light sparring, no full contact in practice.  The PAL Fee includes the following:

• PAL Tae Kwon Do Patch
• Secondary insurance
• Uniform
• USA Martial Arts membership

Parents may provide:

• Mouth piece
• Foot pads
• Cup and supporter
• and any other equipment that your child feels that they might need

Testing fees are paid by parents to USA Martial Arts Studio.
Class schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at San Jose PAL

Coaches and other parent volunteers will need to complete the volunteer form and submit to a Live Scan police records / background check.
