IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
All Applicants will be Required to provide signed registration related forms, which are provided at the end of the registration process on the Confirmation page (forms are required within 14 calendar days of online registration). ALL First time Applicants MUST provide Proof of Applicant Age (Birth Certificate or Photo ID). All Minors (under Age 18) will Require Parental Consent Signatures. Only Adults, at least 18 years of age, are allowed to complete Online Registrations. For the Registration forms, You will Require the following Insurance Information: Your Health/Group Medical Insurance Carrier Name & Plan #, or your MEDI-CAL #. You must also have a valid Email Address (see Warning below). For those programs requiring a FEE, Online Registration Only Supports PAYMENT by Credit Card Only, (and by Check or by Cash Only if registering in person at the PAL Office, Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM). REGISTRATION SPECIAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL MIXED MARTIAL ARTS - Program registration is only for participation at the Washington United Youth Center GYM! For any Current registration constraints or changes on the program see the Mixed Martial Arts Program page Before Starting Registration.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL BASKETBALL - Pal Basketball is for students in Grades 3 thru 8 as of Jan of the School year. Teams will be made depending on # of registrants. They may be Co-ed or grade levels combined. Parent help is needed in coaching and scorekeeping.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL GIRLS SOFTBALL - Online Registration Does Not Allow for the Full additional Child Discount After the Second Child is registered in a Family for Girls Softball! Register any additional Girls Softball children in a Family Off Line to obtain the Full Discount!
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL PONY BASEBALL: BRONCO - BRONCO Applicants Must Be a Resident of Certain Zip Codes to be eligible for Tournament play.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL PONY BASEBALL: COLT - COLT Applicants Must Be a Resident of Santa Clara County to be eligible for Tournament play.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL PONY BASEBALL: MUSTANG - MUSTANG Applicants Must Be a Resident of Certain Zip Codes to be eligible for Tournament play.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL PONY BASEBALL: PINTO - PINTO Applicants Must Be a Resident of Certain Zip Codes to be eligible for Tournament play.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PAL SOCCER - Program registration allows you to select a League (District) to play in. All Players will be Required to submit a 1x1-1/2 facial Photo for a Player Card. All Applicants Must Select a Parent Participation Option.
NOTE: For programs with Zip Code Tournament Play Eligibility Restrictions, Applicants must be residents of the following Zip Codes: 95035, 95112, 95113, 95116, 95122, 95126, 95127, 95128, 95131, 95133, 95134, 95136, 95148
